• Armenia is located in the middle of Eurasia, sandwiched between the countries of Azerbaijan to the east and Turkey to the west.

• Armenia's flag has three horizontal bands, top: red, middle: blue and bottom: yellow.

• Armenia's capital city Yerevan or spelled Erevan has a population of about over 1,000,000 people.

• Another Armenian city is Vanadzor with a population of over 100,000 people.

• The official language of Armenia is the Armenian (Hayeren) language, but Russia is also widely spoken in Armenia.

• National animal: Eagle

• Armenia does not have a national flower, so below I added a flower which grows in Armenia called the 'Lily of the Valley'.
