• Venezuela is located in South America, bordering Colombia, Brazil and Guyana.

• The Venezuelan flag is identical to that of Colombia and Ecuador. It has three horizontal bands, the top is yellow, middle blue and bottom red. The only difference of the three flags is that the Venezuelan flag has eight 5-pointed white stars in the form of a half-circle located in the middle blue band.

• The capital is Caracas with a population of over 3,000,000 people.
